Plant Swap This Weekend
This event is free and open to the public.
On Saturday afternoon:
Drop off your extra or unwanted house or garden plants,
seeds, pots or gardening supplies to share with others.*
On Sunday afternoon:
Pick out items donated by other plant parents and take home with you.  
*Those who donate items by 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Apr. 26
will receive a ticket to enter early at 1:15 p.m. on Sunday. 
We will not accept any donations once the event starts on Sunday.

Got Milk?
Knowledge @ Noon: Milk Month
Friday, May 2 | 12 p.m. | East Room
We will learn about different milk options, talk about the purpose of milk alternatives, and taste test.

One Book, Many Neighbors
The Summer Reading Program is just around the corner. For adults,
we are once again participating with six other area libraries on a
community read and series of programs inspired by
  1. Register at the Main desk starting May 1 to receive a book and passport. The novel is also available on hoopla as an ebook and audiobook for those who prefer digital content.
  2. Read the book.
  3. For every program you attend, you'll earn a new color for the painter's palette on your passport. Details for each library's program are available at https://www.onebookmanyneighbors.org/  (Please check back for the full schedule as this website is currently a work in progress.)
  • Collect one color and you can attend the Paint & Sip Party at Z & M Twisted Vines Winery
  • Fill in at least four colors on your palette to be eligible for one of the Grand Prize Baskets at the party.
Vote for Your Favorite Bookmark
Voting is open for our Kids' Summer Reading Bookmark contest through
Sunday, May 4! All of the entries are displayed in the East Room foyer area.
Vote for your favorite from each age category and turn in your ballot to
the Children's desk. The winning designs from each age group will be
printed and available for people to take during our
Summer Reading Program in June and July.

Each week, we’ll mix it up with a variety of activities—whether it’s board games, video games, crafts, graphic novels, or more! It’s all about having fun, trying new things, and connecting with friends in a relaxed and creative space.
