April Programs
Programs open for registration on March 15th

Book Boxes

Sign up for a Book Box and you pick the genre! The books will be checked out to your library card, and you need to return the two books and box to the library when done reading, but you get to keep everything else in the box! When you register, answer a few questions so the books can be tailored to you.
Escape Room

On your day off from school on April 6th, can you figure out the clues and escape before the zombie virus contaminates you and your group? Sign up for one of the two programs, they are both the same.

Chess Horizons

Come play chess with enthusiasts of all skill levels.  An experienced chess player is available to coach your gameplay upon request.

 Dungeons & Dragons

Join our Wednesday after-school D&D group, which is open to new and experienced players!

Volunteens

Earn volunteer credit on April 13th by helping assemble Grogu (Baby Yoda) kits that will be for a program on Star Wars Day in May (5/4). If you attend, you are guaranteed a kit!

Cupcake Wars

Decorate pre-made cupcakes on April 23rd in two categories and then the staff will choose the winners! Gift card prizes for the winners.

Global Treats

Let's explore treats from around the world! We ordered several boxes of treats from Snackcrate, which assembled candy and snacks from different countries and regions, so we will experiment with tasting other foods. It's a surprise as to what snacks to expect!
Teen Time

Join our after-school Teen Time in our teen department! Come hang out with friends, make crafts and play video games in a space that was created just for you! Come anytime between 3-5 pm- no registration required. There is no Teen Time during Spring Break.
Graphic Novels

Due to so many awesome graphic novels in our collection, they have been divided into two areas. YA titles and Manga remain in the teen department, while mature titles and most of the superhero books have moved to the shelves across from the audio books. You are welcome to check out any from either location!
