Why Participate in Library Advocacy Day?
Your voice during #LAD24 will benefit...
- Every New York library and citizen.
- Each library and system which receive direct state aid.
- The libraries and systems which receive indirect state aid in the form of cooperative services and shared programs from their library system.
- Legislators who need to understand how libraries can help them.
Join us on the Suffolk County Library Association sponsored bus up to Albany. Registration is now open. Seats fill up on a first come basis so register early.
There is no charge for the one-day round-trip ride. Handouts will be provided on the ride to Albany. BYO beverages and food to share with your bus mate! SCLA will supply some snacks for the ride.
