If you are a parent or guardian signing your child up for a card – by submitting this form, you agree that your child’s library card will entitle them to check out materials from any part of the library and use the computer workstations. Internet access at the library is not filtered. Confidentiality of borrower information is protected by California law. And, as parent/guardian, you agree with the above statement about fines and charges.
