Expanded Library Spaces and New Hours Start Today!

We are officially opening the Cupertino, Gilroy, Los Altos, Milpitas, Morgan Hill, and Saratoga Libraries today! We are expanding library access (up to 50% occupancy) for full browsing and public computer, printer and scanner availability too! Our new, expanded hours are Monday-Saturday from 1-6 p.m.

To safely allow as many visitors as possible, we encourage patrons to quickly browse or pick up holds and limit your visit to up to one hour. Visitors will need to be COVID-19 symptom free, wear a face covering, and maintain a six foot distance from others.

Each library has self-service machines to check out items. Patrons will need to have their library card with them, or know their library card number and PIN to use the self-check machines. Please call (408) 540-3945 for library account assistance.

We continue to offer curbside holds pickup at all Community Libraries Monday through Saturday from 3-5 p.m. for those who prefer contactless service. To make an appointment, visit our website or call (408) 540-3945.

Stay informed here for the most up to date schedule of open hours at each location and list of available services.

Welcome back to the Library!

Campbell Library, in anticipation of its move later this spring in preparation for a full renovation, will continue to provide curbside and walkup service Monday-Saturday. Woodland Library remains closed.

KIDS AND FAMILIES

Earth Day is Thursday
April 22 is Earth Day, a celebration that honors the achievements of the environmental movement, raising awareness of the earth’s environment and the issues that threaten it.

We have several events planned this week. Our Storytime Online programs on Facebook will feature Earth Day related books. We also have a Zero Waste event planned with local author Christine Liu. Register now to save your spot to Tuesday's event.

Check out these nonfiction books for kids, as well as documentaries for adults.
STEAM Club: Art = Math
Our next Kid’s STEAM Club meeting is on Tuesday, April 27 at 4 p.m.

Join us for art projects that also help kids learn about math and science concepts in a fun way! This program will be posted on Facebook.

We have some great companion books to explore as well. Find ebooks about science, math, robotics, and art.
