Book Wreath Workshop – Make a beautiful indoor wreath using book pages, at this guided adult workshop.

Sign Painting Workshop/ Fundraiser with Sixth and West Designs – Come create a beautiful wooden welcome sign at this Library fundraiser. Instruction and supplies provided.
Thursday May 9, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. ~ Westwood Branch
$40.00 per person*
Space is limited so register now and choose your design. 
*A portion of each fee will be donated to the Library. 

Drop-In Crafternoon – We provide the supplies and instructions, you supply the creativity!  Drop-in from 1:30 p.m.-  3:00 p.m. Saturday April 27 at our Norwood Branch. 

Career Edge at the Library – Career Edge will be back at the Library to answer your job related inquiries. Job seekers can receive help with resumes, cover letters, interview skills, job search techniques, and training opportunities. Employers can get assistance with job postings, possible training incentives, hosting job fairs, and a free, easy-to-use online job bank! Drop-in to our Norwood Branch between 2-5 p.m. on May 28 & June 25. 

Stories & More with Ms. Trish – This program is for toddlers and preschoolers looking to have fun while sharing in our love of books! Music, movement, stories and more. Come join the fun every Tuesday morning at our Norwood branch at 10:30 am. Registration is not required.

Feel Good Fridays – This program for adults focuses on feeling good with movement, laughter, and community. Click here to register or call either branch of the library.

Together Stitching – This fun program is all about social connection, stitched together with a little yarn! Beginner to advanced knitters, crocheters or other yarn artists are welcome. This drop-in program happens at our Westwood Branch every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 10:30 am. 

PJ Story Time – Put on your jammies, grab your favourite stuffed animal and join us Monday evenings at 6:00 p.m. Westwood Branch for a couple of bedtime stories. 

Homeschoolers at the Library – Join other homeschool families for activities and community building during this drop-in program. Explore all the library has to offer while it is closed to the public. All ages welcome!
2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month Norwood Branch 1-2 p.m.

CO2 Monitor – This item can be now be borrowed from our Norwood branch. It is a small battery operated device used to monitor the CO2 (Carbon dioxide) levels in your home to determine your indoor air quality. You can visit Peterborough Public Health for more information. Our ‘Library of Things’ collection is growing. See what we have to offer by selecting “Library Services” at the top of the page.

OverDrive – An online collection of audio and e-books that can be downloaded to your device for FREE.
