| Summary |
Sixteen-year-old Jackie Chavez has been living with her tía Gina ever since her parents were deported and forced to go back to Mexico. When Gina informs Jackie that they can't afford passes to her beloved local amusement park, Kingdom Adventure, Jackie is crushed. But when she learns that if someone dies on the property, the rest of their party gets free lifetime passes, Jackie and her friends hatch a plot to bring senior citizens from a nearby retirement home to the amusement park in the hope that one of them will conveniently drop dead. |
