Click the link below!   Explore recipes from our extensive cookbook collection in a fun and interactive way. This event is perfect for cooks of all ages, skill levels, and interests. Here’s how you can participate: Step 2: Visit the Grundy Library and choose a recipe from one of the four cookbooks selected for the event. We’ll give you a copy of your chosen recipe and keep another copy on hand to avoid duplication. Step 3: Prepare your recipe and bring it to the meeting. As we sample and taste the various dishes, we’ll discuss cooking techniques and any substitutions used. Writing Workshop: Unleashing the Monster Within Youth in grades 4-10 are invited to join us for an exciting writing workshop this summer. Using curriculum from Cosmic Writers, participants will embark on a creative journey to craft original adventure stories featuring monsters, aliens, and villains. Students can even submit their stories to our Graphic Novel Contest! Registration is not required! Session 2: "Becoming the Bad Guy" - Dates: July 31 - August 21
- Description: Ever wondered what it's like to get inside the mind of a villain? In this workshop, participants will delve into the creation of villain characters, exploring their dark sides and placing them in various villainous situations across different genres.
