VIRTUAL Trivia Night

Could you use a laugh? Join YPL and our hilarious, incomparable host Matt Howell each month for VIRTUAL TRIVIA. From the comfort of home, compete individually or form a team with members of your household, and get those fingers ready: the faster you click, the more points you earn, and of course, the one with the most points wins the Big Prize!* Prepare to laugh – and for your competitive side to rear it’s ugly head! Trivia is usually held on fourth Thursday of the month, but is adjusted from time to time to accommodate other awesome library programming.
The game will be three (3) rounds of ten (10) multiple choice questions per round, with a short break between rounds for glass refilling. We will review the rules when we begin. Devices with larger screens, such as a laptop, are recommended for trivia to accommodate two browser windows: one for the Zoom video and the other for the trivia game where you’ll click your answers.
*THE PRIZE: The winner will take home two vouchers for free flights of beer to redeem anytime: one from SoMe Brewing and one from York Beach Beer Company. The winner will ALSO take home a nerdy item that changes month to month… watch Facebook or instagram for details. We can hold your prizes for you at the Library for pick up, deliver locally, or mail to you directly with your donation to the York Public Library Association.
