Hear2Help

Online Crisis Counseling

As of April 1, 2021, our Hear2Help chat service will be expanded through our partnership with:

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

As the local affiliate to the National Lifeline, our partnership will allow you to access chat support with an online counselor 24/7/365, which is an expansion of our current chat service. Our fully trained Response counselors take chats daily through the LCC, allowing a wider access to more online counselors from our center.

You may connect with online counselors for free & confidential support through this link.

Explore New Ways to Speak to a Counselor

Our counselors are not therapists, but they are professionally trained and supervised, and are available to provide emotional support for any concern or crisis, such as bullying, abuse, LGBTQ issues, isolation, thoughts of suicide, relationship issues or loss to name a few.

Would you rather chat online than talk? Many people going through a difficult time prefer to chat online than talking on the phone.

There Are Three Ways To Connect With A Counselor:

Chat Service Hours: 24/7, 365 Days a Year

If you are having trouble getting through, we may be offline or chatting with another caller.

Through this toll-free phone number, you will be connected to the nearest available crisis center. These centers staff their lines with people who are trained to listen and offer support to people in emotional crisis. If you are in immediate medical crisis please call 911.
