Learn to Digitize Your Photos, Tapes and Cassettes at the DIY Memory Lab Orientation Wednesday, Aug. 23, 6:30pm Attending this orientation will allow you to book an appointment to use the DIY Memory Lab at the San Leandro Main Library to digitize your photos, slides, negatives, VHS tapes and audio cassettes. The History Museum tells the story of San Leandro, beginning with the first people, the Muwekma Ohlone, and follows the changes through Spanish/Mexican California, the Gold Rush, the beginnings of a new American town and the developments of the 20th Century through World War II. Our newest exhibit looks at the history of redlining and housing discrimination in San Leandro.
