Juneteenth Closure on Wednesday, June 19 All San Leandro Public Library branches will be closed on Wednesday, June 19 for Juneteenth. Library book drops will remain accessible and normal library hours will resume on Thursday, June 20.

Cherry Festival Museum Passport Activities Saturday, June 1st, 11-4pm The San Leandro History Museum invites you to join us during the Cherry Festival for History-related Activity Stations for all Ages. The Activity Stations will be located both inside the San Leandro History Museum and on the Historic Casa Peralta Grounds. Pickup a 'Museum Passport' at the San Leandro Library Booth, then visit the museum’s activity stations to receive a stamp. Once you've collected all of the stamps, please return to the Museum front desk for your prize (by 4:00pm on 6/1)!

An Evening with Zoologists Thursday, June 13, 6:30-7:30 Join us for an evening with zoologists as we explore the fascinating world of animal care and behind-the-scenes operations at the zoo. Upcoming Memory Lab In-Person Orientations Thursday, June 27, 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm Learn about the resources we have here at the library to digitize your memories! Attending an orientation will allow you to book an appointment to use the DIY Memory Lab to digitize your photos, slides, negatives, VHS tapes and audiocassette tapes.
