Friends of Attleboro Public Library

Founded in 1983, Friends of Attleboro Public Library is a community organization dedicated to supporting and fundraising for the Attleboro Public Library.

This volunteer group is committed  to conducting promotional and fundraising activities to enable the Library to finance purchases not covered by the Library’s budget.

Friends of Attleboro Public Library is a 501(c)(3)
not-for-profit organization and donations are tax deductible.

Library Giving Day, a fundraising day for individual libraries, will be celebrated throughout the United States and Canada on April 3, 2024.

During the month of March, volunteers from the Friends of Attleboro Public Library will be reaching out for your help in their major annual fundraiser.

Our goal is to raise $10,000.00 to improve library technology used by the community.
As of March 12th we have raised $2,500.00! Thank you to all who have donated!

This will include updates to the equipment used in library meeting rooms,
new tablets in the Children’s Room and more Wi-Fi hot spots for patron use.

Please consider donating any time before or during the fundraiser,
which will run March 1 through April 3, 2024.

You have an opportunity to double your gift, thanks to match pledges from:
Bristol County Savings Bank – $1,500.00
