Elephant Garden Illustration - Art for Kids
Let's Celebrate Nature! This is an at-home art kit with a pre-recorded online instructional video included.
If you love to draw, color, and paint this art lesson video is for you! This illustration was inspired by a beautiful book, The Elephant’s Garden by Jane Ray, which tells a folk tale from the country of India. You will learn to create depth in your drawings by working in layers - plants at the front, an elephant in the middle, and buildings in the back. We will combine marker drawing with crayon and watercolor to make a bright, whimsical work of art.
This project is for ages 6-12. Registration is required. You will receive information about picking up supplies and accessing the instructional video via email.
