Project Literacy is a free one-on-one tutoring service that helps adults improve their English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Who is Project Literacy for?
Project Literacy is for any English-speaking* adult age 18 years or older who needs help with reading and writing.
*For non-native English speakers, basic English is OK

Please read the qualifications below or have someone help you read the qualifications:
Project Literacy Qualifications
--Be at 18 years old or older and not currently enrolled in high school
--Be at 18 years old or older and not currently enrolled in high school
--Speak English*
--Read or write below the high school level
--Commit to work on basic reading and writing for 6 months or more
--Meet online with a tutor for a minimum of 2 hours per week
--Read or write below the high school level

Please check your email. In 5-7 business days you will receive an email from Project Literacy with instructions for scheduling a Zoom meeting with a Project Literacy Staff Member.
