Baking Class: Make Your Own German Style Pretzels! In-Person
Get ready for your own Oktoberfest party! In this fun, livestreamed class you'll learn from Uli Elser (aka Chef Squaby) how to make authentic and delicious German pretzels! From making the dough, to forming the pretzels, to baking and eating! There is something very satisfying about twisting a pretzel! Los Gatos Library will provide the ingredients, which participants can pick up a couple days before the session. Registrants will receive the Zoom link via email. Sign up quick, as only 10 slots will be available!
