Academic coaches from the Bay Area Tutoring Association will facilitate peer-to-peer instruction and collaboration to encourage student engagement and mastery. They provide help in English, History, Math, and Science for 7th-12th graders. In-person coaching will be available at the Gilroy and Los Altos Libraries and will take place Mondays through Thursdays from 3:30pm - 5pm continuing through December 17th. See www.SCCLD.org/Events for exact dates. The coach to student ratio is 1 to 8 (one coach for up to eight students) and there will be 3 coaches at each location. Walk-ins will be welcome only as space allows. All participants must live in Santa Clara County.
