Read to a certified therapy dog! This program helps to improve children's reading, communication, and confidence in a relaxed and stress-free environment. For readers in elementary school. Sign up for a 15-minute time slot. Children may bring a book from home or choose a book from the library's collection.


Creation Stations
Saturdays 1 - 2:30 PM
All ages are welcome to come and make a small project.
Supplies available, just bring your imagination.

May 4 - Mother's Day Paint Pour Gift Making. Paint pour a decorative birdhouse for someone special and make a card to go with it. Make as a surprise or come together and spend a fun creative afternoon. Enjoy refreshments and cookies, too.


 

Beginner Chinese Language Class For Kids- Activity Room
Sundays (classes end May 19th and resume in the fall of 2024)
1 - 2 PM
Beginner Chinese language class for kids, ages 3-12. Learn Chinese vocabulary and numbers through song, books and games.

Amy Zhao's mother tongue is Chinese and she speaks Mandarin and Cantonese. Amy is certified by the International Profession Certification Association (IPA) as a Chinese language teacher.

Free. Space is limited. Registration required.

Music and movement class for children up to four years old with caregiver. Class will include movement, beat keeping, song time, instruments, puppets, and lots of fun!


Chess Club
Meets first and third Wednesdays
6:30 - 8 PM
Open to all ages and all levels.

Come one, come all! Don't be intimidated we are here to teach and have fun together.


Geocache at the Gardiner Library

Gardiner library has a geocache! A geocache is a container hidden for players to find, and log. Almost like a treasure hunt! To start playing the game go to the geocaching website

Homeschooling Coop
Meets the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month.
11 AM - 1 PM
All grade levels.
