Hello South Country Community,
 
We've recently updated our program registration system. For those of you who like to register for programs from home, the process will look a little different -- click here for a guide. Also, you may now register for paid programs (other than Defensive Driving) online using your credit or debit card.
 
Of course, you can still register for all programs in-person, and for most free programs by phone. Speaking of programs, have you perused our November-December Newsletter?
 
Calling all TEENS who need community service hours: Sign up to write Letters to Veterans and join the Teen Advisory Group.
 
Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, November 7 at 2:00 AM. Remember to set your clocks back one hour.
 
The Library will be closed Thursday, November 11 in honor of Veterans Day.

Our Give or Take Food Pantry
is located in the lobby, and available for those in need to obtain food items anytime the library is open.
We have a bin in the lobby where you can donate non-perishable food to help keep the pantry stocked. Thank you for your generosity!

Renew or Apply for a New Library Card on Our Website
South Country Library patrons may renew their card or apply for a new one online. Images of photo ID & address verification are required.
You can also visit our Patron Services desk at the front for the same service.
Services for Veterans and Job-Seekers
Helps veterans and their families navigate the VA bureaucracy, provides academic tutoring, and assists with employment transition.
Provides various tools to help with every step of the job search including résumé assistance, interview preparation, and career planning.
Both above services provide live virtual assistance every day
from 2:00 - 11:00 PM. A current library card is required.
