Jim Cummings teaches the 24 movements of the Beijing Tai Chi form. Learn the fundamental movements as well as theory; improve balance, stability and overall health. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes. Register and pay online, or register in person at the Reference Desk. 6 classes, $15 total.

Caring for Yourself: Managing Grief and Loss Wednesday, December 1, 7:00 - 8:00 PM (virtual via Zoom) There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Whether it be the loss of a loved one or other pandemic-related losses, awareness about the process of grief will help develop strategies to care for yourself and others. Click here to register. Defensive Driving Saturday, December 11, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (in-person) Course completion entitles you to a 10% discount on vehicle liability, personal injury protection, and collision insurance for three years; and a reduction of up to 4 points on your driving record every 18 months. Register at the Reference Desk with a $28 check or money order payable to Empire Safety Council.

Provides various tools to help with every step of the job search including résumé assistance, interview preparation, and career planning.
