One Last Stop
This is one of my favorite books I have read this summer! The love story was so relatable and lovely and well-written.

Begin Again
3.5 - romcom, found family, growth, reconciliation of family, and grief with an insufferable main character but I’m the only one allowed to think that.

A wonderful anthropomorphic coming of age story about Ea a spinner dolphin as she tries to deal with her patriarchal society. This book deals with ecological destruction and several instances of rape.

Friends, Lovers, Chocolate

Mother-Daughter Murder Night
A good, clean, cute murder mystery. Loved the family dynamics. It was an easy going read, but did seem to drag on a little bit at times. I liked that I thought I had the mystery solved and then was thrown for a loop at the last minute!
