Makerspace
Access to Tools and Equipment:
Our Makerspaces provides access to a variety of tools and equipment, such as a 3D printer and scanner, laser cutter and engraver, sewing, embroidery, and serger machines, Cricut die-cutting machines and other equipment. Patrons can use these tools to bring their ideas to life and engage in DIY projects.
Programs and Classes:
Our Makerspace often offers programs, classes, and training sessions on various topics, including programming, 3D modeling, Cricut Design Space, and more. These opportunities help users enhance their skills and knowledge in specific areas of interest.
Collaboration and Community:
In our Makerspace we encourage collaboration and provide a supportive environment for individuals to connect, share ideas, and work together on projects.
Access to Software and Technologies:
We provide access to some software and technologies that support different creative endeavors, such as design software, coding tools, and more.
Project Support and Assistance:
Our Makerspace may have staff or volunteers available to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide support in using the equipment and resources available. They can help users troubleshoot, learn new skills, and explore different project ideas.
Staff Guided Makerspace Days:
Drop in on Thursdays from 1pm- 3pm.
Wednesdays, Mar. 20, April. 3, and 17 from 10am – 12noon.
