About the presenter:
Brittany Campese (she/her) has been working in the nonprofit sector for more than 15 years and combines her education in women's studies and nonprofit management to provide holistic support to change-makers and artists. As a white, cis woman who was raised in rural Western New York, she considers herself both an ally and an accomplice in the struggle for racial justice.

As Principal of Vision Driven Consulting (VDC), Brittany and her team have provided consulting and training services to hundreds of individuals and organizations across six states. VDC provides services to small, volunteer-run organizations and large, multi-million-dollar organizations. In a given week, Brittany can be found working with an array of different cultural communities, providing deeply personalized support. She is also the Co-Leader of Securing the Roots (STR), a 6-month fellowship to expand the fundraising capacity for community-based organizations in and around Philadelphia with budgets up to $1 million.

Brittany is dedicated to social justice and works hard every day to help build skills and secure resources with individuals and communities that are doing the most visionary work. She recently moved from West Philadelphia to Ithaca, NY where she is the parent of a wild, sweet, and hilarious 6-year-old.
