The Teen
Library Council (TLC) is set to meet on Thursday, April 14th at 5:30pm
in the library’s *NEW*Teen Space! If you haven’t come to a meeting
before, it’s always a good time to start. The TLC helps library staff
plan fun events and choose which books get added to the YA collection.
They also have a say in how the library can better serve them (and their
peers) going forward. (Not to mention, they also have something really
cool to put on college and job applications). Missed previous meetings?
Don’t know any other members? Not a problem! If you’re interested in
learning more (or just hanging out), join us!
On the agenda this month? Nailing down the council structure and brainstorming summer programming ideas.
