Kids' Chess Club
Join us in the community room to learn to play chess! Chess is one of the great games of the world! It teaches sportsmanship and cooperation and builds self esteem and confidence. Playing chess exercises your brain.
The club will meet for 4 weeks (attend one or all sessions): May 26, June 2, (no session June 9), June 16, and June 23.
This club will start from square one. Study famous games and learn new strategies to improve your play! For ages 7-10 (children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult). First come, first served and attendance is limited to 12 people. We'll play in the Community Room. We look forward to seeing you!
