In Recognition of Board President Joann Neal
As she has done many times in her 30 years of library service, Joann Neal, outgoing Board President, has reached the term limit that requires trustees to wait one year before they may hold office again. At this time, we would like to take a moment to recognize the tremendous passion and dedication to the library that Ms. Neal has displayed over the past three decades. In short, Joann's contributions embody everything that the library stands for –- empowerment through education, equal access for everyone, giving back to one’s community, and a no-nonsense striving for excellence. Her leadership and guidance have been particularly valuable during these difficult past two years.
Joann has earned a very special place in our hearts for her unflinching support of the library’s mission and of library staff. Please join the staff, administration, and the Board of Trustees in sending out a heartfelt THANK YOU to Ms. Joann Neal! Left to right, front: Mary Falkowitz, Sherry Binnington. Left to right, middle: Cele Walsh (Treasurer), Joann Neal (President), June Johnson. Left to right, back: Patrick O'Leary (Ass't. Director), Geof Marschall, Kristina Sembler (Director).
