Library News
from South Country Library
May 31, 2022

Building community by sharing the wonders of learning, creating, and connecting with one another.

Hello South Country Community,

Teens, if you're a fan of Pokémon, you'll love this month's raffle and crafternoon program. Plus we have more volunteer opportunities for anyone needing last-minute community service.

Families with children, registration for in-person June programs begins tomorrow, June 1, so dive into everything we're offering this month -- including a sealife puppet show!

Adults, are you thinking of starting a small business? We're virtually hosting two programs from SCORE to help you launch your business and engage with customers on social media. And don't miss the great Pretzels & Brew event for the 21+ crowd.

How time flies -- it's almost June! We hope your May has been full of flowers.

P.S. The results are in from our summer outdoor movies vote. On July 22, we'll show Back to the Future at the South Country Ambulance Company. On August 24, we'll show Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory at the Bellport Bandshell. Both movies start at 8:00 PM. There is no registration, so just mark your calendars and we'll see you there!
