Anna Marie MacDonald, Manager Workforce Connection Center at Goodwill, will present the theory and concept of learning agility which includes what to do in situations of uncertainty, connecting information from past and present experiences in a way that helps make sense of the world, and becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable.
