Self-Defense: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals Tuesday, August 23, 7:00 - 8:30 PM This introduction to self-defense for adults is open to both men and women interested in learning how to proactively stay safe, deter an aggressor, and neutralize an attack.

Instructor Joseph Mordente, owner of Bellport Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, aims to educate and empower everyone in our community with self-defense techniques they can use. This class includes light physical participation in a safe, supportive environment. Click here to register. Services for Veterans and Job-Seekers

Helps veterans and their families navigate the VA bureaucracy, provides academic tutoring, and assists with employment transition.
|
Provides various tools to help with every step of the job search including résumé assistance, interview preparation, and career planning.
|
|
Both above services provide live virtual assistance every day from 2:00 - 11:00 PM. A current library card is required.
