Voter Registration Monday, September 19, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM Our social work intern will be here to assist with voter registration. Stop at the table in our main hallway to learn about the voting process and receive assistance to register. |

September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month! Drop by the library to get the "Smartest Card in Your Wallet." Once you have it, explore all the library has to offer: new books; access to technology; educational programming; services; and more. Any patron who show us their South Country Library card can be entered in our raffle! |

We are down to a handful of items. We will very gratefully accept donations in the bin in our lobby. Please help us help your neighbors in need with non-perishable food to help re-stock the pantry. Thank you for your generosity! |

We are struggling to replenish our shelves. When we are able to do so, our Give and Take Food Pantry will be located in the lobby, available for those in need to obtain food items anytime the library is open. |

The Library offers free passes to select museums on Long Island & in NYC. We also provide access to discounted tickets to Long Island Aquarium & the Bronx Zoo. |

South Country Library patrons may renew their card or apply for a new one online. Images of photo ID & address verification are required. Or visit our Patron Services desk at the front of the library for the same service. |

Services for Veterans and Job-Seekers |
|
Helps veterans and their families navigate the VA bureaucracy, provides academic tutoring, and assists with employment transition. |
 Provides various tools to help with every step of the job search including résumé assistance, interview preparation, and career planning. |
|
Both above services provide live virtual assistance every day from 2:00 - 11:00 PM. A current library card is required. |
