Please input your medical insurance information. Clinic is open to all residents 5+ years of age. No one will be denied a vaccine due to insurance status. If you need assistance booking an appointment, please call Weymouth Health Department (781) 340-5008. 

Appointments are also available at Town Hall, 75 Middle Street (Health Department) on October 3, 17, and 18 from 10:00am-2:00pm and 3:00pm-7pm. Appointments required.
