Italian Heritage Month is here, and Chef Rob will demonstrate and offer tastings of a delicious pasta e fagioli soup.  Ingredients will include seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables and herbs, beans, and pasta.  A $5 materials fee (cash or check payable to "Northport-East Northport Public Library") is due at the time of registration.  In-person registration is underway.
