Monster Scavenger Hunt Now through the end of October For children up through grade 5. Ask for a scavenger checklist at the Children's Desk and find the monster pictures hidden throughout the Children's Department. Find them all and get a sticker! |

Hanging Bats Tuesday, October 11, 7:00 - 7:30 PM For children in grades 3 - 5. We will make upside down hanging bats to add to your Halloween decorations and read a Halloween tale. |

Storytime & Hike at CEED Saturday, October 15, 10:30 - 11:30 AM 287 South Country Road, Brookhaven Transportation is not provided. For children in grades Pre-K - 5 with an adult. Join us at the Center for Environmental Education and Discovery for a nature storytime and a guided walk afterwards. |

Pajama Storytime Tuesday, October 18, 6:00 - 6:30 PM For children ages 3 - 4 years, independently. Come to the library in your pajamas to listen to stories, sing songs, and shake your sillies out! Bring your favorite cuddly buddy. Children will attend independently. |
