Friends of the Stillwater Public Library

Support our library one book at a time!

The Friends of the Stillwater Public Library is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed in 1999 by community members. Its mission is to value, support, and champion our library, encouraging lifelong learning. The Friends raise funds through used book sales and annual memberships.

Shop the Used Book Sales

The Friends run two, multi-day used book sales per year. They also maintain an ongoing used books sale area in the library year-round. Funds raised support materials and programming.

Donate Used Books

Donate gently used books during two annual book drives in the library’s parking ramp. Collection dates are in the spring and fall. View donation guidelines.

Attend Board Meetings

Monthly board meetings are typically held in the library’s conference room at 6:30 PM on the second Monday of February-June and September-November. The public is invited to attend.
