Advocacy Workshop Online
This session will focus on taking a close look at messaging towards elected officials. Participants will engage with one another as well as the presenter to craft their message in advocating for libraries. Participants will also spend time researching and learning about their elected officials. Advocacy messages will be produced during this session and will be sent to elected officials.
Participants must have access to a microphone and camera during this session. In order to receive credit, participation is mandatory. This session will provide 1.5 continuing education credit hours to attendees. Trustees will receive credit for attending this session. This session is open to anyone. This session will not be recorded.
