The SO Very Literary Book Club meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 2:00-3:30 pm.  
For 2023, we will focus on a variety of genres, award winners, and a banned book.

February: Rain Dogs by Adrian McKinty, 2017 Edgar Award
Set in Northern Ireland during the Troubles, the author evokes the tensions of the era and the struggles of a Catholic cop in Protestant territory.  He starts with a “locked room” mystery involving the death of a journalist in the courtyard of Belfast’s Carrickfergus Castle and finds much more to investigate.
