Coordination in Defense: a Series In-Person

Bring your work-out clothes and join us for this series of beginner friendly self-defense classes.  This series of classes will illustrate key principles of martial arts and self-defense and is designed especially for people with no experience in combatives.  Participants will improve their self-awareness, wellness, coordination, and critical thinking skills in contentious situations.  Materials will be presented through techniques, drill,s and exercises sourced from Parker-Planas Lineage Kenpo Karate in 4, 1 hour long modules:

March 6th --> Slipping to Safety: Evasions and Pry Escapes

March 13th --> Farewell to Arms: Counter Attacks

March 27th --> Lowercase Powerhouse: Fighting with your Legs

April 3rd --> Masterminding Victory: Formulating Tactics
