PROGRAMS & ACTIVITIES FOR TEENS These programs are intended for teens in grades 6 - 12 only, with the exception of the Tween program (grades 4-7).

Free Comic Book Day Saturday, May 6 Drop by the library for a
free comic book (while supplies last) and make a button of your favorite superhero!

Scavenger Hunt Monday, May 8 through Saturday, May 13 Can you find all of the droids hidden around the library?

Escape the Library: Star Wars Edition Wednesday, May 10, 6:30 - 7:30 PM Use the Force (or your mind) to solve the puzzles and escape!

Tween Program: Mario Kart Thursday, May 11, 6:30 - 7:30 PM For tweens in grades 4 - 7. Join us for an evening of fast-paced competition as we play Mario Kart! Will you be standing at the top of the podium? Snacks will be served.

Pizza and a Movie Spaceballs Friday, May 12, 6:00 - 8:00 PM Grab a slice of pizza, kick back, and relax with your friends to watch the classic Star Wars spoof.

Craft Kit: Comic Book Pick-up begins Monday, May 15 Create your very own comic book with this kit.

Volunteer Opportunities Earn community service credit hours for each of these programs.

Flowers for Seniors Wednesday, May 17, 4:00 - 6:00 PM May is Senior Citizen Month. Help us brighten the day of our local seniors by creating faux flower arrangements for them. Click here to register.

100 Books before Graduation Take the challenge and read 100 books before high school graduation! For every 20 books you read, you'll receive a prize. You cannot read a book twice.
