Join us for Afro-Cuban Orisha Dance Sundays from 2pm-3pm at the Performing Arts Center at High Meadow School in Stone Ridge: 3643 main st. Stone Ridge, NY 12484. The entrance to the Performing Arts Center is at the far end of the parking lot, through the double doors off the soccer field.
Come learn the form and function of dances from the African Diaspora. Dance with the spirit of revolution and perseverance; pay homage to the people and history that danced before us to help these traditions survive and thrive. Learn to honor these dances with love and integrity if/when entering from outside their heritage.
