Join us for a monthly concert by Boston Classical Guitar Society performers from September 2023 to May 2024! 

Hiroko Kajimoto (flute) and Igor Golger (guitar) perform as the Transcontinental Duo since 2000. Both graduates of the Boston Conservatory, their repertoire ranges from classical music, to Russian Gypsy, to funk rock. Both cultivate the skill of transcribing music from old records, so their repertoire includes many gems from cultures that don't have extensive written record. The transcontinental Duo present their programs at various venues, from concert stages and public libraries to senior homes and hospitals.

These programs are supported in part by a grant from the Weymouth Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
