Friday, September 1, 2023 (All day)September is Library Card Sign-up Month, a time when we join the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries nationwide to remind everyone about the valuable resources available with a library card.

- Read e-books from your device, listen to downloadable audiobooks, stream videos, and access live homework help in English, Spanish and French through our Brainfuse HelpNow service.
- Use WCCLS Digital Newstand to get unlimited access to more than 7,000 of world’s top magazines and newspapers powered by PressReader.
- Get started at wccls.org/research to make the most of your school year.
- Visit us in person to upgrade your card for access to the nearly 2 million items available to you through Washington County Cooperative Library Services.
Sign-up for your own library card during the month of September to be entered to win one of four $25 e-gift cards. Some restrictions apply. Cardholders must have a Sherwood address to be eligible for a prize. Returning patrons using their card for the first time since 2020 are also eligible.
