Jackie Keck Selected as

New Library Director

This August, after Ashley Stewart's departure, the Caseyville Public Library District Board of Directors selected Jackie Keck as Library Director. Jackie has a history of work in libraries, archives, and museums, and over the years established a strong record of accomplishments, projects, and initiatives at the library. In 2022, Jackie completed the MLIS degree through University of Illinois. We are sure Jackie will do excellent work, supporting the library through this transition time, continuing to create an inclusive and welcoming space for staff and library users, and establishing a library that reflects the people of Caseyville and their needs.

Library Services

Homework Help Station

At the back of the library is a Homework Help Station. If you need extra supplies while you are doing school work at the library, we have pencils, pens, scissors, erasers, crayons, colored pencils, rulers, a stapler, tape, a hole punch, and more!

Social Work Station

Caseyville Library has a social work station where you can access local resources and contacts. We also have plenty of supplies including toiletry kits and  menstrual products. Throughout the school year, a social work student will work here and library users can ask them for assistance with filling out forms, finding resources, and seeking government assistance. Caseyville Library is also a diaper depot and gets deliveries monthly from Metro East Diaper Bank. Call ahead to make sure we have supplies as they are running low this season.

Homebound Delivery

Residents of the Caseyville Public Library District that have an active library card, who are unable to visit the library either temporarily or permanently due to an illness or disability can sign up for delivery! Complete the Homebound Registration form and a library staff member will contact you to coordinate the first delivery. Forms are available at the library and on our website at: www.caseyvillelibrary.org/services.
