Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus Contest for Children All through the month of September The pigeon, from Mo Willems' funny pigeon book Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, is driving a school bus in the Children's Department! Kids can find the bus and pigeon, and tell a Children's Librarian to be entered in the raffle. |

The pigeon moves each night! Children may enter once per day, each day they visit. Winner will be randomly selected after September ends. |

Alphabet Kit For children ages 1 - 5 years. We want to help your child with early literacy. Includes coloring sheets, an alphabet border, and a simple alphabet book to help your child practice the alphabet with you. |

Pirate Hat and Eyepatch Kit For children in grades K - 5. Ahoy mateys! Talk Like a Pirate Day is coming up -- make your own pirate hat and eyepatch so you can dress like a pirate. |

Passport Services by Appointment We serve first-time applicants, minor applicants, adult applicants whose most recent passport was issued as a minor, and applicants who have lost their passports. |

Hours are by appointment only. You may also call us at 631-286-0818 x1. Our service cannot renew a passport. Printed forms are available by the Reference Desk. |
