Forbes library will have a team in the DoozyDo parade on September 23th at 11 AM. We hope you can join us in crafting, making music, and marching on this fun day! (more information about the parade, including the route, can be found here: https://doozydo.org/faq/)

Here's how you can get involved:

CRAFT: We will have a couple craft days for making puppets, and will have a variety of art supplies available for whatever inspiration may strike you at the moment.

Our theme for our parade team is "Forbes for All'' with a fun aquatic twist, we will create large and small flying fish puppets. Feel free to work with us on some puppets, banners, swirling streamers, props, or see where your inspiration leads you and come craft!

Crafting dates and times will be:

Sept 14 & Sept 21 from 3-6pm on the Forbes library lawn. You can drop in for part or all of the sessions.

DONATE SUPPLIES: We are gathering the following supplies for crafting success. If you would like to donate anything on this list, please bring it to the Children's Department during library hours.
