One of the most important aspects of our health lies within, specifically in our gut. There are several outside influences that we don't always take into account. Join certified advanced Allergy Release Technique® Practitioner Molly Sebo for an overview of the gut and the microbiome. We will discuss its role in our overall health and what can impact how it functions. Molly will also provide some tips on how to improve your gut health and discuss a few interventions that can be incorporated into your routine to promote gut health.
