Building community by sharing the wonders of learning, creating, and connecting with one another.

Hello South Country Community,

Adults, what's that smell? Why, it's these two aromatic programs: All About Garlic and Making Fermented Foods. Plus, bop along at our Acoustic Jam, relax with Guided Meditation, and get informed at Smarter Social Security.

Families with Children, registration has opened for October in-person programs -- click here to see what's available. And don't forget to drop by for our crafts celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month.

Teens, join us for a horror movie, take home a macramé keychain kit, and sign up for our book discussion of Neil Gaiman's The Graveyard Book.

The library will be closed on Monday, October 9, for Indigenous Peoples Day/Columbus Day.

Our Notary Public is not available until Monday, October 16.

Arrizza
"Under the Stars"
Friday, October 13, 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Based on his recent album Astronomia, Arrizza's show "Under the Stars" is a brilliant electronic soundscape that combines synthesizer sounds with modern textures, paired with dazzling lighting and special effects to make for an amazing multimedia experience.
Arrizza's music is reminiscent of the soundtrack from the Netflix show Stranger Things and 1970s and early '80s science-fiction films –- hopeful, mysterious, moody, and thought-provoking. Please register in advance.

The library will shut down early to have a building-wide spooky haunted library event for all ages! We will have a guided walking tour throughout our building filled with exciting scares as well as green screen photos, ghost stories, a costume contest, and more! No registration.
