Tai Chi: Introduction and Practice

Every third week of the month, join us for Tai Chi! Learn to enjoy flowing motion in a relaxed, fun, and safe space. Rick Lorenzen will lead us through an introduction to Tai Chi and a guided practice. No prior experience is needed, but experienced Tai Chi practitioners are also welcome! Class size is limited and registration is required.

Outcomes:

  • Increase control of your body
  • Improve your dynamic balance
  • Achieve a state of flow
  • Learn the Tai Chi 24 form
  • Learn each movement and what it does for your body

Rick Lorenzen has studied and practiced Tai Chi for over 30 years and has been teaching others for over 20 years. He loves sharing what he learned about health and well being and flowing motion.
