If you or your loved ones are pregnant or planning on becoming so, come and learn about  how to navigate the process.  Stephanie Theriault is a registered labor and delivery nurse with nearly a decade of experience in the maternity wards at hospitals in Boston, the North Shore of Massachusetts, and New York City where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from New York University.

Her program, Own Your Birth, focuses on breaking down the critical decisions people will need to make when planning their labor and delivery journey that can significantly affect the outcome of their experience. Our course helps to educate and manage realistic expectations of giving birth by focusing on three major parts of the labor and delivery process such as choosing a birthing provider, a birthing location, and being aware of various birthing practices so everyone can feel safe, heard and prioritized.

This is a hybrid program, it will be held at the Lynnfield Library, and will be simultaneously broadcast on Zoom.  A Zoom link will be sent out an hour before the program to those who register with a valid email address.  This program is generously funded by the Friends of the Lynnfield Library.
