Session 1: Build Your Foundation
We often set big goals for our well-being practices and find ourselves at a loss of where to begin. This
session will focus on gaining awareness of what matters most to you to improve and offer tools to help
you define the actions that will get you to success. Just knowing what you want is not enough to make a
difference. You need tools to drive action and a framework to help you monitor your progress.
Wellbeing and Resilience Workshops Series Summary
Each of the 3 sessions in this series covers a topic related to understanding well-being and resilience and
tools to help you increase your well-being and resilience. You will learn about how the mind’s default
mode can work against your well-being and some practical tools to help you re-train the mind to work for
you. The sessions are designed to provide useful tips and practices that can be implemented right away.
Each session will also include mini-meditations, mindfulness practices, and/or seated gentle yoga and
breathing practices that can be done anytime during the day. It is not necessary to participate in all
three sessions to gain benefits that will set you up for success.
