Prohibition: A Brief History In-Person
On this day, 103 years ago, the 18th amendment went into effect in the United States, establishing the federal prohibition of alcohol. The next 13 years led to some of the most infamous characters and lawless legacies.
Join us for a short documentary (~30 min.) on prohibition in Idaho, a group discussion, and refreshments! We will also have book recommendations on prohibition history, home-brewing, and bootleg-era fiction.
